Coogee Beach is both a beach and a park, and there is coffee there too!

On one side of the sandhills is a beautiful beach with a jetty and safe swimming area. One the other side is a park, playground and cafe. The playground is a fairly small traditional steel frame play area, but big enough to keep with kids busy while you sit on the grass and drink your coffee. The Coogee Cafe has a kiosk for takeaway drinks and icecreams, and a cafe area that does good food, including breakfast.
