Faulkner Park is in Belmont, just near the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre and the Belmont City Council buildings.  Our kids dubbed it Volcano Park because the central feature of the playground is a giant fibreglass and concrete volcano that you can run up to the top of!

The playground is interesting and different and has been fully landscaped to fit the play areas.  There is the volcano, a cool flying fox that you sit on, a dedicated toddlers area and a range of other play equipment we hadn't seen anywhere else.  The playground is in a completely fenced in area that also has picnic facilities.  There is also great shades with lots of shade sails and trees. 

The coffee comes from the Oasis Cafe which is across the carpark inside the Oasis Leisure Centre.
