In Albany, right on the beautiful Middleton Beach there is a playground right next to a cafe.  The Beachside Cafe does takeaways or you can dine in. The playground has softfall on the ground, and shade is provided by the giant pine trees along the foreshore.  The playground is not fenced, but is a reasonable distance from both the water and the carpark. There are public toilets nearby.
